Pheasant Nation Membership Subscription Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

Plans. Pheasant Nation memberships are subscriptions: 3 Months ($29.99), 6 Months ($54.99) and 1 Year ($99.99), plus any applicable tax. Each includes member app access and the member merchandise discount for its term. The 6-month plan adds one free gift (up to a $20 retail value) and the 1-year plan adds one free gift (up to a $50 retail value) with each paid term, including renewals.

Automatic renewal. YOUR MEMBERSHIP RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF EACH TERM FOR ANOTHER TERM OF THE SAME LENGTH, AND WE WILL CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE, UNTIL YOU CANCEL.

Renewal reminders. For every plan, we email a reminder 3 to 7 days before each renewal date with the renewal price, the renewal date and how to cancel.

How to cancel. Cancel any time from your Shopify customer account or the Pheasant Nation app (Account › Manage Membership), by emailing support@pheasantnation.com, or by calling 308-223-3411. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your membership stays active until the end of the term you already paid for, then ends.

Refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable once a term begins, except: (a) if you cancel within 7 days after your first-ever membership purchase and before a free gift has shipped, we will refund that purchase in full; and (b) where a refund is required by law.

Price changes and failed payments. We will tell you before a price change applies to your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect. If a renewal payment fails, member features may be paused until your payment method is updated.
