Refund policy

Returns
You can return most new, unused merchandise within 30 days after it's delivered for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To start a return, email support@pheasantnation.com or call 308-223-3411 with your order number and the items you're returning, and we'll send return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us won't be accepted.
Items that can't be returned
- Free member gifts and giveaway prizes.
- Gift cards.
- Contributions to the Conservation & Banded Bird Fund, which are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Items marked final sale, and custom or personalized items.
- Memberships. Membership refunds are covered by Section 5 of the Membership Terms of Service at pheasantnation.com/membership-terms.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, email support@pheasantnation.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace the item or refund you, and we'll cover the return shipping.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Return the original item under this policy and place a new order, so you get the item you want before it sells out.
Return shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong, you pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded. We recommend a trackable shipping service; we can't issue a refund for a return we never receive.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once it ships, the normal return policy applies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. Member discounts used on the order are not refunded as credit.
